You may return items within 7 days from delivery for store credit only if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us sending an e-mail: contato.envolvit@gmail.com.  Provide us with a picture/video of the problem to help us expedite your replacement process.
